Qpet.lv is a bold new brand launching in the Latvian pet care market. As a completely new business, Qpet needed more than just an e-commerce store—it required a full digital presence that would establish credibility, connect with pet owners, and support long-term growth.

With no existing website or brand infrastructure, every aspect of the user journey had to be crafted from the ground up—from defining the visual identity to shaping the customer experience. The goal was to build something that not only looked great but also functioned flawlessly across devices, languages, and customer needs.

The client’s goal was to launch a modern, high-performing online store that would serve as the foundation of a completely new pet care brand in Latvia. While the site was based on a premium Shopify theme, it required extensive customization to match Qpet’s unique branding and provide all the essential features needed for a new e-commerce business.

The result is a clean, modern, and easy-to-use website that delivers a smooth shopping experience across devices. The site is fully responsive, multilingual (Latvian and English), and optimized for both usability and long-term growth.

To support conversion and customer engagement, we implemented a wide range of features, including an interactive product quiz to guide users to the right products, a secure payment and shipping setup, and automated email flows for onboarding and cart recovery.

We also integrated a loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases, a review system to build trust, and an easy filtering and search system that helps customers quickly find the products they’re looking for. Everything was designed with SEO best practices in mind, ensuring strong search visibility from launch.

Multi-language support

To better serve their local audience, we implemented a seamless dual-language solution (Latvian and English), allowing users to switch languages easily without disrupting the shopping experience.

Payment system and parcel delivery integration

We set up payment integration with Paysera that allows customers to pay securely with their credit cards, and delivery integration with the trusted parcel delivery company – Venipack.

This makes the checkout process smoother and faster for customers, and order fulfillment easier for Qpet staff.

Loyalty program

To encourage long-term customer engagement, we set up a points-based loyalty system.

Customers can earn rewards for purchases, referrals, and more—turning one-time buyers into loyal fans.
